The spacious 10,000-square-foot facility opened its doors in November 2019. The facility is a brewery, taproom, and canning operations. Visitors can enjoy a great beer and some delicious bites from the scratch kitchen. And if that’s not enough did someone say coffee?
We enjoyed the Half-Life: A hazy IPA with a 6.2% ABV, offering a balanced blend of citrus, stone fruit, and pine notes. Its unfiltered nature provides a rich aroma without overwhelming bitterness.
We also grabbed some snacks for the table to share. We tried the chicken, nachos, and fries. Not gonna lie the fries were the best! Whether you’re a beer fan or simply looking for a fun spot to unwind, the Manhattan Project Beer Company in Dallas promises an unforgettable experience.
