BBQ in an old factory? You can find it in downtown Winston-Salem at the aptly named Camel City BBQ Factory. The space is great and so is the BBQ. If you are in the downtown area it is a great stop for traditional Lexington-style pork and brisket, sausage, turkey, meatloaf, and more. 
We stopped in for lunch but I’d love to stop back in for dinner the atmosphere is very relaxed and the service was great.
