Cocoa Beach is known as the surf capital of the East coast. With names like Kelly Slater this seems like a great place to have a world-known surf shop. The original Ron Jon Surf Shop opened in Long Beach Island in New Jersey in 1961. He then headed to Florida two years later and opened the shop in Cocoa Beach. Since it has opened it has been a must-visit destination.
The store is more than 2 acres and has clothes, gear and of course surfboards. You will also find statues of surf legends just outside the front doors. If you find yourself in Cocoa Beach you must stop by this iconic surf store.
