The Edison is one of the newest restaurants in Disney Springs. It is a 1920s themed restaurant and has steampunk decor.
What we had to eat:
The Edison Burger – Signature Beef Blend of Sirloin, Short Rib, Brisket, Sharp Cheddar, Onion Rings, Smoked Bacon, House-made Pickles, Lettuce, Tomato, and Special Sauce served with Fries.
28 Day Dry-Aged Prime Rib – Boneless 14-oz, Horseradish-Black Pepper Crust, Au Jus, and Cheddar Popover served with Horseradish Cream
Great Big Rocky Road Shake (Dessert for two) – Chocolate Gelato, White Chocolate Drizzle, Cinnamon-Chile Spiced Chocolate Syrup, Whipped Cream, Candied Almonds, Marshmallows, Chocolate Chips
The space is amazingly themed and the decor is really cool. The food was good. I would stick with the prime rib and the milkshake they were amazing!
