Super Bowl Mini-burgers

Looking for something fun for your next party? Check out these mini sliders. They are really easy to make and you can do all the prep work the day before. Then all you do is pop them in the oven to bake. We made them for the Super Bowl and they went over great.

Super Bowl Mini-burgers

Ingredients
  

  • 1 pound Ground Beef
  • 2 carton Hawaiian Dinner Rolls
  • 12 slices Mild Cheddar Cheese
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 1 teaspoon Black Pepper
  • 1 teaspoon Cumin
  • 1 teaspoon Mustard Powder
  • ½ teaspoon Smoked Paprika
  • 2 cup Diced Onion
  • 3-4 clove Garlic Minced
  • 1 can Ro-Tel Diced Tomatoes and Green Chiles 10 oz Drained
  • 8 tbsp Butter
  • 2 tbsp Brown Sugar
  • 1 tbsp Worcestershire Sauce
  • 1 tbsp Mustard
  • 1 tbsp Sesame Seeds

Instructions
 

  • Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. Coat 9x13 baking dish with non-stick cooking spray.
  • Place a large skillet on the stovetop over high heat. Brown the beef and season with salt, pepper, cumin, mustard powder, and paprika. Add the onion and garlic, and cook, stirring occasionally, until beef is browned and onions are golden. Stir in drained tomatoes until well combined.
  • Place bottom half of buns in prepared pan. Top with beef & sliced cheese. Finish off with the top half of the bun.
  • Mix all the ingredients for the glaze in a sauce pan over medium heat until melted, smooth and combined. Pour over the buns.
  • Bake at 350 degrees F for 25 minutes.
