We are big fans of Salt & Straw ice cream. We tried them during a trip to California and ever since I have been hooked. They have really interesting flavors. When we were in California, I tried the bone marrow ice cream.
They recently opened their Orlando location in Disney Springs so we couldn’t wait to grab some of their ice cream during our trip. Their menu constantly changes and they team with chefs, farmers, food movements, social causes, and more. While we were there they had a Flower Power series for their limited edition flavors. They included Saffron and Honey with crystallized flower petals, rhubarb crumble with toasted anise and more. I tried the Maraschino Cherry w/ Marshmallow Ribbons and Ant had the Panther Coffee Chocolate Tres Leches.
