Reflections on Charleston Wine and Food 2019 #chswff

We are back in Raleigh and have unpacked our bags. I am now reflecting on this year’s Charleston Wine and Food Festival. Every year I come back exhausted and because I had the best time and the most fun. This year there was a sign at the entrance of the Culinary Village that simply said:

This year was my favorite year by far, because of the human connections. I loved meeting new people and getting to see old friends. All these great humans come to Charleston in one spot to share in the love and cultural of food. If you haven’t had the good fortunate of traveling to Charleston to enjoy their hospitality make sure to plan for 2020.

Here are a few of our highlights from the weekend.

Great seeing Master Baker Lionel Vatinet from La Farm Bakery in Cary.

Congrats to Ashley Christensen on your award on International Women’s Day.

Cheers to Durham Distillery i can’t wait to visit you.

Great meeting you Phil Rosenthal and Cocktail Bandits.

Loved your drink Angeline’s – much love to Charlotte.

Cheers to you all till we meet again!
