Just a short monorail ride from the Magic Kingdom is Disney’s Polynesian Resort where you can get a famed Dole Whip and other ice cream treats at the Pineapple Lanai. This year for the May the Fourth Star Wars Holiday they rolled out a Millennium Falcon Star Wars Soft-serve Sundae.
This was a really good brownie sundae and perfect for the celebration. It was really cool to see folks celebrating all over the parks and not just in Galaxy’s Edge. The “galactic gray vanilla” was great and the color had no negative impact on the flavor or the perception of the flavor.
