Jock Lindsey’s Hangar Bar is an Indiana Jones themed bar in the newly renovated Disney Springs. We dropped in to sample a couple of drinks and their happy hour menu. We tried the bacon fries, beef, and pork sliders and a great sweet potato falafel. On the drink from we had the Cool-headed Monkey and the Air Pirate Mule.
The Cool-headed Monkey is a tiki drink with Starr African Rum, Van Der Hum Tangerine Liqueur, fresh Lime Juice, Watermelon, and Pineapple Juice served in a monkey head glass. (Look familiar?)
The Air Pirate Mule is a very unique take on a Moscow Mule with Knob Creek Disney Select Single Barrel Reserve Bourbon and fresh Lime Juice topped with Fever-Tree Ginger Beer served in a copper mug. (No clue on the Indy reference but the drink is awesome.)
Great place to stop for happy hour and the dinner menu looks great. I’d highly recommend the sweet potato falafel and both drinks were outstanding. There are a lot of great restaurants and fun places in Disney Springs and this is definitely a fun one – especially if you are a fan of Indiana Jones.
