Hello Gym Tacos! You know them for their food truck but they now have a brick-and-mortar location across the street from Meredith College. What was once an old Burger King now has new life as Gym Tacos. Here is what we had to eat.
Gringas is a 6inch tortilla with cheese, onions, cilantro, chipotle mayo, and al pastor meat.
Gym Taco has shrimp, homemade chipotle mayo, spring mix, and pico de gallo.
Surf and Turf burrito with shrimp, steak, and all the fixings.
Chips and Salsa
My favorite was the gringas. It was so good. All the food was great though. I am so glad that they are near us now. We will be back soon.
