EPCOT International Food and Wine Festival #WDW21

We went to Epcot International Food and Wine Festival and it did not disappoint. One of the things we love the most is trying all the food. I love the concept of grazing my way through the park. It allows you to try lots of different things.

We enjoyed Flavors from Fire which is hosted by the NFL on ESPN.

Menu:

  • The Corned Beef Corner Route-smoked corned beef with crispy potatoes cheese curds, pickled onions and beer-cheese fodue.
  • The Chimichurri-Up Offense-Chimichurri steak on a smoked corn cake with pickled vegetable slaw and cilantro aioli
  • The S’mores Whoopie Pie-lon- Smoked chocolate cake, graham cracker, marshmallow, chocolate ganache and candied bacon.

Next We hit up the Brew-Wing area which is located in the Epcot Experience. This is the place to go if you like beer. They had lots of great options.
Here is what we had to eat and drink:

  • Duclaw Brewing- Getaway Message which is a Pina Coloda Hazy Ipa. It is an ale brewed with monk fruit, pineapple juice and toasted coconut flakes.
  • Garlic Parmesan Wings
  • Teriyaki-Sesame Wings

In Germany we enjoyed a shot of Mozart’s Chocolate Cream Pumpkin Spice liquor. It was the perfect little pick me up!

We enjoyed the Shimmering Strawberry Soft Serve ice cream. It was the perfect treat for the hot Florida weather. It was actually one of my favorites.

We really loved visiting during Food and Wine Festival because we love trying lots of different foods. This was the perfect way to explore and enjoy Epcot.
