Connections Eatery has opened up in EPCOT. It is their latest quick service option. The concept is take a tour around the world with dishes inspired by Italian, French and Asian cuisines. The space was nice and it was easy to find a table. We grabbed a quick bit to eat during our last visit.
Here is what we tried:
Mediterranean Burger
Gourmet Beef Blend, Shredded Lettuce, Pickled Vegetable and Feta Relish, Zhoug Mayonnaise, Housemade Doner Bread
Meatball Pizza
Beef and Pork Meatballs, San Marzano Tomato and Basil Sauce, Cheese Blend, served with Mediterranean Side Salad
From the Kid’s Menu: Grilled Chicken Bao
I really liked the burger. Tanner’s bao bun was a bit lacking. Overall, Connections was a great place to grab a quick bite to eat but I prefer snacking around EPCOT.
Bonus pic – right outside Connections is the new Naptime with Ellen Guardians of the Galaxy Cosmic Rewind Ride. We didn’t get to ride it but it looks good from the outside.
