Chef Art Smith’s Homecomin’ is one of my favorite tried and true spots in Disney Springs. They feature local ingredients and farm to fork cuisine. They are known for their fried chicken, so of course we had to try it during our last trip to Disney.
The Fried Chicken Sandwich does not disappoint. It is buttermilk-brined for 24 hours and hand-battered, dressed with hot sauce, aioli, iceberg lettuce, tomato and bread and butter pickles. The sandwich is served with house-made barbecue chips drizzled with icebox dressing.
