We finally got to check out Big Dom’s Bagel Shop in downtown Cary this weekend. We grabbed one of their sandwich bagels which was so good. Pro-tip make sure to go early as with every great bakery the good flavors get gone fast.
By the time we ordered there were only plain bagels left. We ordered the Italian and let me just tell you, this is not for the faint of heart. The Italian comes with mortadella, soppressata, ham, arugala, mozzarella, tomato, EVOO and Balsamic. This was such a great bagel. I cannot wait to go back and try some other things from them.
