Bad Daddy’s Burger Bar is a new to Raleigh establishment with roots in the Queen City. Menu items like the Bad Ass Burger – “Two 5oz ground beef & bacon patties with lettuce, tomato, buttermilk fried bacon, horseradish mayo and Irish cheddar cheese.” are incredible. Yes – that said buttermilk fried bacon and it is nothing short of amazing.We also ended up with the Classic Southern Burger on our table topped with chili, American cheese, relish, mustard, and slaw – another winner.
The food and service were great. Overall the restaurant is a great addition to the Raleigh area – even if it is a Charlotte native. They also serve what appears to be some high calorie breakfasts so maybe brunch if a bacon cheese burger garnished with fried bacon just isn’t your thing.
