We stopped by Ancillary Fermentation. Their concept of fermentation experience is centered on the idea that beer should be more experimental, more experiential, and a hell of a lot more fun. We love the space! It is in an old bank located at 1420 Hardimont Road in Raleigh.
We tried their beers. I enjoyed the permanently Impermanent Hazy IPA. Hops: Citra, Mosaic, NZ Hop Revolution Blend. We also had a couple of PBRs. Top them with a Dulce Picante-Agave/Tajin seasoning. It was so good.
