Have you had a chance to check out Virtual Reality yet? It is an interesting concept. You are totally immersed in another world. This weekend Facebook had a pop up shop at North Hills to show off the technology and so you could try out their VR sets. It was pretty cool. You got to have a chance to be face to face with dinosaurs from the set of Jurassic Park.
VR has some really cool possibilities and I can’t wait to see what the come up up with next!
Here at 919Raleigh we are experimenting with Virtual Reality as well and shooting 360° videos. These videos can be viewed on a regular monitor and navigated with a mouse but also also ready for Google Cardboard, Samsung’s Gear VR and Facebook’s Occulus VR.
