One of my favorite things in the area in the fall is the Triangle Parade of Homes. This year marked the 58th Triangle Parade of Homes. There are 157 entries. The homes are listed from 1,086 square feet to over 17,000! The prices range from $286,000 to $12.5 million.
We had fun exploring a couple different communities.
One of my favorite houses we toured was 727 Lake Boone Trail in Raleigh. It is inspired by the Dutch West Indies. The staircase was stunning with floor to ceiling windows that let in welcoming natural light. The main bedroom’s bathroom was a show stopper. It has a freestanding tub, large shower and massive closet.
