Another year and another ride down the streets of Raleigh in the St. Patrick’s Day Parade. This year the theme was Enchantment Under The Sea a high school dance/sock-hop that was held at Hill Valley High School on Saturday night, November 12, 1955. Not quite a DeLorean but this “potato-powered time machine” was ready to go. While we may never know if this bold stunt gets George and Lorraine together it did make a lot of kids happy when they got a slightly radioactive green Tootsie Roll. Congrats to the design crew and parade team. Fortunately the Libyans never found them although I hear they were completely upset with the baked potato Doc Brown gave them in order to get parts for the time machine.
