Taking a break from the parks on a hot day in Disney Springs? A cold beer might sound like the perfect afternoon temptation. How cold? Let’s go for frozen at YeSake. The beer is  Kirin and poured like any draft beer would be and then topped with a whipped/frozen beer topping. The process creates an attractive and tasty treat that seems to keep the beer cold adding a layer of chilled insulation to the top.
It was a great find and a little unique. Disney Springs has a lot of drink and dining options but frozen beer isn’t something you run across every day. Definitely, something I would order again even though Kirin isn’t my favorite beer. I would love to see how this might work for an IPA or even a sweeter stout.
