Taco Bamba is located on Wade Avenue in the Whole Foods Shopping Center Complex. We finally got over there to grab some dinner and it did not disappoint.
Here is what we had to eat:
OL’ DIRTY BRISKET – chipotle glazed bbq brisket, pimento cheese spread, jalapeno, crispy onion, bambalina white sauce
BAMBA FRIES – carne asada, chorizo, queso, pico de gallo, serrano chiles, crema, cotija, grilled guacamole
BIRRIA TACO – slow roasted lamb
CAMARON – baja shrimp, slaw, crema
SALSA & CHIPS – Salsa Verde
CHOCOLATE CHIP CHURRO CRUNCH COOKIE
Everything we had was excellent. They also have a patio and a nice open space out back. It was the perfect spot to grab a really good bite to eat. Can’t wait to go back for breakfast tacos
Protip– they have free coffee during breakfast.
