Spring is officially here and so is the new menu at Dram and Draught. We stopped by the Cary location at the Fenton to check out the new cocktails. The new menu did not disappoint. Here is what we tried:
Weekend Friend: Sesame and Banana Infused Emulsion gin, passion fruit, coconut, and lemon.
Elvis Presley: Peanut butter and honey-infused bourbon, banana, and Campari.
Hellfire Club: Szechuan and jalapeno-infused tequila, Cointreau, coconut, lime agave. hibicus, and lavender
Blackberry Smoke: mezcal, ancho reyes, orgeat, salted blackberry agave, lime, heat tincture.
All the drinks were good but my fav was the Weekend Friend. Something about the sesame and banana flavors really did it for me. If you are looking for a good spring cocktail stop by and enjoy a drink on the patio at Dram and Draught.
