We went to a Tiki cocktails class that was offered through Crude Bitters. For those of you who don’t know about Crude Bitters, they are North Carolina’s only cocktail bitters company and they are located right here in Raleigh. They also make delicious sodas.
The class we took was awesome. We were able to sample some different local liquors from Topo Distillery and Fair Game. We were also able to try their bitters in the drinks which really made the difference. We sampled various Tiki drinks and even had some great MaiTais.
Crude Bitters offers cocktail classes twice a month. It is a great way to learn more about how to make a great drink. We ended up buying a couple of their bitters. We look forward to experimenting and trying some new drinks soon.
