Biscuit Belly is now open at Seaboard Station. Their claim to fame…is that they have the best damn biscuits on the East Coast. We went to check out their new location to see how the biscuits measured up.
Here is what we tried:
BONUTS: Biscuit donut holes, cinnamon sugar with bourbon cream cheese frosting.
THE ROCKWELL SUPREME: Buttermilk fried chicken breast, cheddar, goetta sausage gravy and an over easy egg and bacon
THE G.O.A.T.: Buttermilk fried chicken breast, sweet pepper jelly, goat cheese
First off, these biscuits are not for the faint of heart. You need to come hungry. The portions are generous. The bonuts were my favorite. I need a recipe for the bourbon cream cheese frosting. It was out of this world. My biscuit was really good. The sweet pepper jelly with the goat cheese was the perfect pairing.
