Barley Black Bean Burritos
Ingredients
- 1 cup Uncooked Barley
- 1 cup Frozen Cup
- ? cup Water
- 1 tbsp Fresh Lime Juice
- 2 teaspoon Mexican Seasoning
- 2 teaspoon Minced Garlic
- 1 can Black Beans Rinsed and Drained
- 1 can Chicken or Veggie Broth
- 1 can Diced Tomatoes with Green Chili Undrained
- 12 Tortillas
Instructions
- Place first 9 ingredients into the slow cooker and stir. Cover and cook on low for 6.5 hours.
- After it is cooked spoon mixture into tortilla. Add your favorite toppings. Suggestions could include salsa, gaucamole, or salsa.
