Here Are Our Favorites

If you love Oreos, you know there’s always a new flavor popping up that makes you wonder, “Do I really need to try that?” Well, we decided to put a few of the new and over-the-top Oreo flavors to the test—and let’s just say, there were some definite favorites in our house. We picked up four flavors to try: Apple Pie, Banana Pudding, Fried Oreos, and Chicken & Waffles. Yes, you read that right—Chicken & Waffles Oreos!

Apple Pie

The Apple Pie Oreos were one of my favorites. They have that sweet, cinnamon flavor that immediately reminds you of a warm slice of apple pie.

Banana Pudding

Next up was Banana Pudding, and I was a big fan of this one too.

The banana flavor comes through without being too overpowering, and it has that nostalgic banana-pudding taste that makes you think of the classic Southern dessert.

Between the Apple Pie and Banana Pudding, I had a hard time choosing a favorite. Both were sweet, flavorful and definitely different from your everyday Oreo.

Chicken & Waffles

Now for the wild card: Chicken & Waffles Oreos.

Anthony was immediately a fan of these. The combination of sweet and savory makes this flavor surprisingly fun. You get that maple, breakfast-inspired flavor with the sweetness of the Oreo.

I probably wouldn’t have picked this one as my first choice, but Anthony really enjoyed it.

Fried Oreos

And then there were the Fried Oreos.

If you’ve ever had a freshly fried Oreo at a fair or festival, you already know how delicious that combination can be. This flavor tries to capture some of that rich, sweet, indulgent taste.

Anthony loved these too. I was a hard pass on these.

After trying all four, we definitely had different favorites.

Overall, this was a fun little Oreo taste test and proof that Oreo is willing to get pretty creative with its flavors! Some flavors were more adventurous than others, but that’s half the fun. If you see these at the store, grab a few and have your own family taste test. Just be prepared for everyone to have a different favorite!
