We recently went to see AIR at Cary’s Paragon Theaters at the Fenton. The premise of the movie is how Nike acquired Michael Jordan as a client for their shoe line. It is a story of an underdog company trying to get a top-tier recruit to wear their shoes.
The stars of the movie include Viola Davis, Chris Tucker, Ben Affleck, Jason Bateman, and Matt Damon. I loved Viola Davis in the role of Michael’s mom. Apparently, Ben consulted with Michael Jordan and asked that his mom be played by Viola Davis.
I loved every bit of this movie. It was a throwback to the 80s in the best possible way. If you are looking for a fun easy-to-watch movie, check out Air.
