We got to try Not Just Icing today. They are Raleigh’s first mobile cupcakery. They make their cupcakes using all natural ingredients. You won’t find any preservatives in there either.
We opted for cookie dough. They use heat treated flour which lets you eat it raw and unbaked. We tried reeses’ pieces and peanut butter fluff. They were great and the PB fluff was my favorite. If you find Not Just Icing out at food truck rodeo, make sure to check them out.
