One of the things I love to do when going somewhere new is to check out the parks. We got to visit Klyde Warren Park which is described as a common ground for Dallas, unifying uptown and downtown. The park is on a deck over the freeway, which is a pretty clever use of space. The park was packed out with lots of users. There are places to buy a quick bite to eat or enjoy a beer. There are also water features where kids can play.
I got to take a yoga class and enjoyed being outside downtown in the park. Well done Dallas. Klyde Warren Park really is a common ground for all to enjoy.
