Desserts – The perfect end to the meal and evening.
We had to save room for dessert and we are glad we did. After the pig pickin/oyster roast we attended the Sinfully Southern Dessert Bar Sponsored by Acura. This event did not disappoint. They had something for every sweet tooth.
One of the innovative things they had was a cheesecake bar. The chef had prepared different flavors of cheesecakes to choose from. After you chose your cheesecake you got to pick your toppings. I chose chocolate and toffee which was perfect with my cup of coffee.
We also tried fried strawberries. Yes, that is correct fried strawberries. Just goes to show you can fry just about anything and it is great. They were served with ice cream and chocolate sauce. The flavors were perfect together.
There were so many different things to pick from and all were great. This was the perfect event to end the evening.
