We first spotted this treat in the Japan Pavilion at EPCOT and were thrilled to find it again at Ebisu Life Store in Raleigh. It is a frozen wafer sandwich with sweet potato cream, a hint of dark chocolate, and a crisp wafer shell, all shaped like a sweet potato.
