Stained Windows in Normandy

In Sainte-Mère-Église there are two stained glass windows depicting the liberation of the town during the D-Day invasion. The first placed by the town depicts Mary flanked by paratroopers and the second-placed twenty-five years later by the liberating force depicts St. Michael and the battalion insignia of those who landed in the town.
