This is an awesome set and if you can find one I suggest purchasing it immediately. That is if you weren’t fortunate enough to have someone waiting in line for you when the sets were released this past Friday. Thank you CaraDMc for being first in line.
This set is #7 in the Ideas/CUUSOO line of fan built projects that are voted on and then vetted by Lego prior to being considered for production. This might be my favorite so far. I love the classic space minifigs and the turtle is an awesome addition to the set. There is a lot of detail but the overall feel is sturdy. I plan to sit mine on a shelf but if you wanted to play with I think it would be a fun toy.
