The second Disney Park in Paris is very similar to the Disney’s Hollywood Studios in Orlando (formerly Disney-MGM Studios) with a few minor tweaks. Noticeably absent is the Great Movie Ride housed in the Grauman’s Chinese Theatre replica that serves as the ‘castle’ for this park. Many of the buildings are very similar and several of the now-defunct attractions in Orlando are still alive and well in Paris including the Studio Tram Tour and the stunt show- Moteurs… Action! The park also has a full Pixar/Toy Story area that reminded me of a similar area in Disney California Adventure.
This park was fun and unfortunately small needing no more than a day to experience most of the attractions. The shows were particularly good and this is with them mostly being in French. Again I don’t know that I would leave the center of the city just for this but if you happen to find yourself on this side of town it isn’t a bad way to spend the day. If you are there don’t miss the Ratatouille ride. This was an interesting immersive 3D / Virtual Reality type ride that may have been the best in either park.
