The last time we flew at Dix Park we focused on the Gipson Play Plaza area and today we decided to have a little fun in the Big Field. The Big Field is one of my favorite areas being exactly as advertised a large empty open space. Something that is rare in this area on its own but even more when you realize we can walk to Downtown Raleigh from here in a matter of minutes. A great asset and one where you are allowed to do so many things makes it even better.
