A first annual family-friendly way to celebrate Mardi Gras on the Saturday before Fat Tuesday. Held under the Durham Central Park Pavilion in the afternoon, this event welcomes local Krewes and first-timers to a Bull City Mardi Gras celebration with music from Bulltown Strutters and Cajammers.
This was a fun event and one we hope to attend next year – great music, beer, and holiday spirit. The location is adjacent to a really nice playground and a very cool skate park. Keep an eye out for it next year.
