We stopped by Holl & Stone the other weekend and had such a great time. This centennial farm—located at 920 Buffaloe Road in Garner near Lake Benson Park—is such a fun local gem.
Inside the small market, you’ll find charming home goods, unique gifts, and fresh produce. We couldn’t resist trying their New Zealand ice cream, and it did not disappoint. We ordered the Strawberry Biscoff, which was incredible. New Zealand–style ice cream blends premium hard-packed ice cream with fresh or frozen fruit in a special machine, creating a soft-serve-like treat with real fruit flavor (no syrups or artificial add-ins!). It was absolutely delicious.
Tanner especially loved feeding the animals hay. The farm has alpacas, llamas, goats, and chickens—such a hit for kids and adults alike. Since it was a beautiful fall day, we grabbed coffees and relaxed by the fire pits. They also serve beer and wine, which is a nice touch!

All in all, it was the perfect fall afternoon: ice cream, coffee, cute animals, and cozy vibes. If you’re looking for something a little different to do, definitely check out Holl & Stone.
