This past weekend was the Front Porch Art Walk in the Blount Street area near Peace College. It was fun walking around in the good weather and seeing several pieces from artist Danny Doughty that were incredible. Unfortunately one did not come home with me this time. I was able to take a few pictures to share. It was nice meeting Danny and hearing some of the stories that inspired his work. If he feels generous the painting of Bula the Pig would look good in the 919raleigh collection.
The Front Porch Art Walk is an annual event and a great chance to see some great art and walk around a beautiful part of downtown.
