The Imperial Pumpkin Pie Porter will be the third Reserve Series beer to be released since the line’s introduction in late fall 2013 with White Chocolate Moo-Hoo and Cinnamon Roll’d Wake-n-Bake. Like the first two beers, the Imperial Pumpkin Pie Porter will feature a unique label and wax sealing on the bottle neck.
We’ve chased beers in the Terrapin Reserve Series before only to come up short. We never got our hands on the first two. Fortunately CaraDMc ran across a bottle at Lighthouse Beer and Wine in Wilmington, NC. It was a great find. Kinda makes me regret not finding the others last year. This is the best pumpkin beer I’ve had this year – unfortunately I may not be lucky enough to get another one.
