Who is ready for the Taste of Pimento Cheese? The Town of Cary is partnering with local restaurants to highlight their pimento cheese menu items. One of our favorite spots is Ruckus and we got to try a few of their pimento cheese brunch dishes.
They were delicious. I had the sunny side fried green tomatoes. They are served with jalapeno pimento cheese, crumbled bacon, two sunny side eggs, and arugula. Anthony had the biscuit trio. One country ham, one sausage, and one fried chicken biscuit topped with the jalapeno pimento cream cheese.
