It’s fall y’all and we are in all things pumpkin mode. I ran across this super simple pumpkin smoothie bowl online and thought I would give it a try. It is super simple so I was skeptical about how good it would be. It was sooooo good. The flavors were great and you can add whatever toppings you would like to make it your own. Anthony added granola and I added coconut and flax seeds for toppings. I could even see adding white chocolate chips for a bit of a sweet treat. Here is the recipe. Ingredients:
2 Bananas, frozen
3/4 cup Pumpkin Puree (I used canned)
1 tbsp Peanut Butter
1/2 cup Unsweetened Vanilla Almond Milk
Directions:
In a food processor, combine all the above ingredients and blend until creamy.
Add toppings of your choice.
Enjoy.
