This is one of my go to recipes to take to a party. It is easy. The flavors are sweet and savory. I normally serve it with pretzels, but you could serve it with animal crackers too. Hope you enjoy it!
Peanut Butter Cookie Dough Dip
Ingredients
- ½ cup Unsalted Butter
- ½ cup Light Brown Sugar
- ¼ cup Peanut Butter Smooth
- 8 Ounces Cream Cheese Softened
- ¾ cup Powdered Sugar
- 1 Teaspoon Vanilla Extract
- 1 cup Chocolate Chips
Instructions
- In a small pan, melt butter and whisk in brown sugar until brown sugar dissolves. Remove from heat and add vanilla. Cool the mixture to room temperature.
- In a mixing bowl combine cream cheese, powdered sugar and peanut butter. Mix until creamy for about 4 minutes.
- Add brown sugar mixture to the cream cheese mixture and combine. Add chocolate chips and enjoy.
