Lassiter Distilling Company is Wake County’s only award-winning rum distillery, founded in 2015 on the principle that greatness is made with time-honored tradition, character and a dose of mischief. We handcraft our rums entirely from scratch in our facility in Knightdale, NC. From raw ingredients all the way through to hand bottling and labeling, we take great care to make rum that we know you’ll enjoy. We create and market superior spirits, including our flagship product, Lassiter’s North Carolina Rum which was awarded a silver medal by the American Distilling Institute. We have used this same great award-winning base recipe for all of our rums!
