We got to celebrate Mardi Gras on Friday night at Joule. OK I know we are a little late to the party and Lent has already started.
For those of you haven’t had a chance to check out Joule it is one of Ashley Christensen’s restaurants and it is fantastic. They host a supper series and each has a theme. The dinner is served family style and has a pre-fixe menu. The meal itself is just $30. It does not include beverages or dessert but it is a great deal for everything that is included.
Here is what we had to eat: BBQ’d Shrimp – Muffaletta Salad – Roast Beef Po’ Boys with Brown Gravy – Red Beans & Rice – Hot Sausage – Creole Braised Greens
