I normally pack my lunch and one of the things I toss in is a granola bar. I was looking for something a bit better for a snack then the prepackaged granola bars and came across some no bake energy bites. They are a great substitute. Let me know what you think.

Energy Bites
Ingredients
- ½ cup Semisweet Chocolate Chips
- ½ cup Honey
- 2/3 tbsp Chia Seeds
- 1 teaspoon Vanilla Extract
- 1 cup Dry Oatmeal Old-fasioned Oats
- 2/3 cup Toasted Coconut Flakes
- ½ cup Peanut Butter
- ½ cup Ground Flax Seed
Instructions
- Stir all ingredients together. Cover and chill in the refrigerator for half an hour.
- Once chilled, roll into balls of whatever size you would like. Store in an airtight container and keep refrigerated for up to 1 week.
