The Culinary Village is the Epicenter of the Charleston Wine and Food Festival. This event runs Friday-Sunday and has something for everyone to enjoy. There is a biergarten, an artisan market, exhibitors, Tee Pee Talks and more!!!
The team at Charleston Wine and Food Festival do a great job creating an experience. There is literally something for everyone. There are games like life-size checkers and fun spots to take your picture (did you see I’m kind of a big dill) The main stage always had something entertaining from bands with great music to Chef Jason Vincent with Andrew Knowlton of Bon Apetit magazine. Once you experienced the main stage make sure to wander to the biergarten where we got to sample a Guinness Milk Stout and fried fish skin.
The best thing about the Culinary Village is the large number of talented chefs out an about cooking. We got to see Raleigh’s own Ashley Christensen. You never know who you will run into.
The Culinary Village is truly an adventure and wherever you wonder you are sure to find something good to eat and cold to drink. Next year I urge you to get tickets and check out the Culinary Village.
