I was going back and forth on the Instant Pot. Do I or do I not need another kitchen gadget in my life? Well in rolls a cyber Monday deal from Amazon that I could not resist and now I am the proud owner of an Instant Pot.
We have tried brussels sprouts that are amazing (see the recipe below). This week we are trying out an asian chicken that sounds pretty great. So what would I say about the Instant Pot is that I really like it. It is pretty fast. I love that the parts are dishwasher safe. Certain models can be used as a slow cooker which is awesome.
So I’d say overall it is a great gadget. If you can get a deal on one, go for it. Do you have an Instant Pot? What are some of your favorite
