JC Raulston Arboretum at NC State has an annual plant sale that we like to go in support of the facility and to purchase their “extra” plants. Unfortunately this year they decided that in order to buy their plants they needed a $10 cover charge per family. A little steep for a ‘pig in a poke’ as they say. We decided not to risk it and headed to the Flea Market instead. We didn’t find any plants – not sure that we needed any and Logan’s at Seaboard Station is still free to shop. If others felt like we did maybe the sale will be free again next year.
