There is something great about voting – the feeling that maybe you have a say in what happens – maybe you can make the world a better place – maybe by the simple act of voting you can get a free cupcake.
Other non-partisan incentives to vote:
- Sugarland at Cameron Village is giving away cupcakes to everyone with an I Voted sticker.
- Starbucks is offering a free wristband.
- Macy’s – The department store is having an election day sale, with 15 to 20 percent off items. Use the coupon code “ELECT” to get 20 percent off online purchases.
- On The Border – The Mexican restaurant is giving away free sopapillas if you have a coupon available on their Facebook page.
- Olive Garden — Treat yourself to a free Dolcini dessert with any entree purchase; just mention the Election Day email that went out to subscribers on the Olive Garden mailing list.
