AVA Rooftop Bar is opening their doors this weekend. They are located at the Fenton in Cary. Their concept- escape the ordinary. They are a Mediterranean-inspired rooftop bar.
We stopped by to check out the new spot this week and it was lots of fun. It is the perfect place to enjoy a craft cocktail and a small plate with friends. They also plan on having entertainment including local DJs.
We tried the tabouli, baba ganoush, and figs. Everything was really good. We enjoyed some refreshing cocktails as well. I tried the AVA G&T which had Hendriks Gin, Cucumber mer, Mint, and Fever Tree Indian Tonic. Anthony tried the Aqua de Valencia which has Malfy gin, vodka, Crushed orange, and cava.
The drinks were refreshing and the atmosphere was fun. We can’t wait to go back to enjoy a drink on the rooftop.
